This role will provide a consultative, strategic and operational recruitment and onboarding approach to Talent acquisition. This role operates as a Talent planning and recruitment expert with significant subject matter expertise in their specialized field. Partnering with Lt and Slg stakeholders across Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays to diagnose and transpose future Talent demand plans and build both immediate and long-term Talent sourcing strategies across the required business areas for senior, executive, corporate specialist vacancies, apprenticeships and volume campaigns where required. The individual will manage the delivery of an exceptional, best in class, 360 degree, end to end, pro-active candidate journey, with full accountability for marketing, social media, sourcing, shortlisting, interview and selection, talent pools, recruiting and onboarding experience.
