Coordinator – People Operations – The VHQ

As a People Operations Co-ordinator, you will play an integral part in providing frontline support to our colleagues and leaders across the business on a broad range of queries.
- Support with queries in a timely manner, through a variety of different channels (phone, chat, email, workplace etc.)
- Partner with specialist teams across the people team to develop individual knowledge and confidence in any developments and new product launches, to ensure that all information given is in line with our latest policies, products
- Complete right to work checks and maintain a fully compliant database of eligibility documentation
- Prepare electronic letters confirming any changes to employees’ terms and conditions of employment as requested
- Update digital employee records
- Input relevant data into multiple HR systems
- Maintain accurate records of positions, job titles, assignment details and supervisory hierarchies, ensuring all fields are complete and accurately stored in Oracle
Are you an excellent communicator with a keen eye for detail? Do you love to work in a fast-paced environment? In addition to the above, we are looking for our successful candidate to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects/ queries often under time pressure and with conflicting priorities.
- Have an organised approach to planning personal workload.
- Confident user of technology to handle inbound and outbound queries over chat, phone (Aspect), workplace and email.
- Proficient with all Microsoft Office applications is essential.
- Experience working with TravelBox, Docusign, PowerApps, Workplace, & Oracle preferred.
- Collaborative and adaptable in a constantly evolving environment, becoming part of a close-knit team.
