In this role, you’ll lead the effectiveness agenda, driving annual planning for global media across all markets. By leveraging advanced tools such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and brand tracking, you’ll balance long-term brand growth with short-term revenue goals, reaching millions of consumers worldwide.

Develop and implement a comprehensive measurement framework to report on return on investment across all touchpoints.
Distil complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for C-suite endorsement.
Lead the annual media audit to ensure agency accountability for cost and quality of media buying.
Establish and maintain a culture of always-on media measurement, applying our econometrics platform for strategic investment decisions.
Develop positive partnerships with key media owners and optimize value through beta tests and research.
Integrate customer data into media planning and activity plans using platforms such as Adobe/AEM and Amperity.
Develop the leadership, strategic and technical capabilities of direct reports building an analytical data driven team.

You will have demonstrated success in driving marketing efficiency (across short/long-term), uncovering vital consumer insights that initiate business transformation. Extensive understanding of media landscape, digital marketing, and Econometrics preferably acquired through experience at a leading consumer brand or a media agency. You will have a proven track record in mobilizing and integrating new platforms and processes into teams to drive a culture of effectiveness and efficiency. You will be an innovative problem solver with entrepreneurial flair supported by strong business competence.
Significant experience and ability to articulate complex data problems into digestible business insights and strategy.
Strong collaboration skills with ability to constructively challenge and influence positively. Excellent skills in collaborating with colleagues, customers, partners, and team members to drive the efficiency agenda and make a compelling case for marketing investment. Proven track record in developing and managing measurement frameworks.
