Internal Communications Manager
Location: Hybrid - 3 days a week at VHQ, Crawley
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract type: Permanent

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager who will help shape and tell the stories that inspire our people, celebrate our successes, and connect teams to our purpose and long-term plans.
You’ll play a lead role in creating and delivering compelling, people-first communications that help our colleagues understand our strategy, performance, and the part they play in our future. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you’ll develop clear, engaging narratives and build proactive, insight-led engagement plans that help embed key moments like our CEO’s leadership agenda, our People Strategy and our journey towards becoming the most loved travel company. Working with creative teams, digital channels and specialist partners, you’ll lead the storytelling that builds belonging, advocacy and pride - all while staying true to Virgin Atlantic’s tone of voice and values.

You’re a skilled internal communicator with a strategic mindset and a natural eye for storytelling. You know how to bring clarity to complex topics and create content that inspires.
