Executive – Cargo Sales Support Europe and Middle East
Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid working 3 days a week in either our Cargo Facility at DCE - London Heathrow or VHQ in Crawley. Please note the working week must include a Thursday at DCE.

As the Sales Support Executive – Europe & Middle East at Virgin Atlantic Cargo, you'll play a vital role in supporting our regional sales efforts. From assisting our appointed General Sales agents (GSAs)across Europe & Middle East to handling pricing, capacity, and routing enquiries, you’ll ensure seamless operations and collaboration. Additionally, you’ll provide training on Virgin Atlantic systems and help maintain up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM platform, enabling us to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of the air cargo market, excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, cultural awareness and a passion for driving efficiency and accuracy in sales support.
This role is also crucially important given the recent current European GSA transition completed in 2025, and the role will play an integral part in the day-to-day management of our new chosen EU supplier as well as our existing suppliers within the region.
- Serve as the primary sales support for off-line continental Europe GSA’s in 16 territories, as well as some key customer accounts, and 4 territories in the Middle East, some of which have an on-line flight presence
- Assist training GSA employees on Virgin Atlantic systems, such as Voyager (Skychain), and Salesforce
- Carry out administrative tasks, including preferential rate requests, booking assistance, sales updates, GSA performance reporting and new account setup
- Handle ad-hoc pricing, capacity and routing enquiries
- Support with day-to-day responsibilities on Salesforce, and coordinate capacity and pricing requests on behalf of GSA’s
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Network Flight Planning, Revenue Management, Pricing, and Commercial Development
- Assisting the Regional Sales Manager in delivering the assigned revenue budget for the European and Middle Eastern territory

We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience and knowledge of working within an international air cargo market
- Demonstrate negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence with external suppliers and customers
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to work alone or as part of a team, as a self-starter and who can proactively troubleshoot or find solutions to challenges if or when they arise.
- Experience with Voyager (Skychain) and Salesforce system is desirable, but not a requirement
