Reporting to the Head of Cabin Crew Operations, this role will manage and implement the operational plan for the department. This includes building strong relationships with the Union and key stakeholders across the business through collaborative working to create lean processes that are fit for purpose. This role is accountable for evaluating operational performance, KPI’s and raising standards through a program of continuous improvement. This role also manages the LHR Coordinator team who ensure the cabin crew operation runs smoothly at the gatehouse. This role will also be accountable for delivering the Safety, H&S and Security activity within the area, including but not limited to developing safety procedures and processes, attending forums and working groups, owning the emergency procedures and identifying and managing risk.
