Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive
Closing Date: 2nd October 2026
At Virgin Atlantic, we believe everyone can take on the world. As we continue our journey to become the most loved travel company, we’re looking for a Brand Content Manager to shape how our brand, products, destinations and campaigns come to life across every customer touchpoint.
Working within our Content & Creative team, you’ll own and deliver our brand content strategy, creating compelling imagery, copy and video that feels unmistakably Virgin Atlantic.
You’ll lead the development of integrated, cross-channel content briefs, working closely with Brand Development, Activations, Creative, Customer Experience, CGP and channel teams. You’ll partner with in-house producers, creative agencies and production partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand content efficiently, consistently and to budget.
You’ll also help build and manage a bank of assets that can be adapted and reused across our channels. Working closely with the Content & GEO team, you’ll support our evolving Content Operating Model by supplying approved master assets, creative guidance and production-ready content that can be deployed at scale.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for managing the Brand Content Specialist, providing clear direction, coaching and development while contributing to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
You’ll also:
- Lead end-to-end content production, from briefing and partner selection through to delivery, usage and evaluation.
- Manage complex production schedules, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief and within budget.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, creative agencies and production partners.
- Bring strong creative judgement to the development, review and evaluation of content.
- Lead our approach to AI-generated content, identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and scale.
- Work with Creative Studio, Legal, Technology and Content & GEO to establish responsible guidance around AI, rights, transparency, authenticity and customer trust.
Champion efficient ways of working across briefing, production, review, quality control, deployment and asset reuse.
You’ll have proven experience in brand content, creative production or integrated marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer communications and channel requirements. You’ll be comfortable leading large-scale, global asset creation from brief through to final delivery and evaluation.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience managing creative agencies and production partners.
- Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects and schedules.
- Excellent written, verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Strong creative judgement, with the ability to brief, assess and improve creative work.
- Strategic thinking, commercial awareness and the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing people.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
A degree or equivalent relevant experience.
