As a Customer Service Agent you’ll meet and greet Virgin Atlantic and Delta Air Lines® customers as they arrive at the terminal, help out at the self service check in kiosks, answer questions and make sure everyone is made to feel important.

Behind your gorgeous uniform and radiant smile, you must have a professional attitude, the ability to stay calm amidst the bustle and pace of the airport. And always place the customer at the heart of everything you do.

Because we’re an airline, you’ll have a super important part to play in making sure customers make it to the aircraft on time, and that they respect our processes and procedures. Being a Customer Service Agent is a pretty special job, and there’s always room to grow. You could dispatch flights as a Turnaround Officer; upgrade our customers’ experience and generate extra revenue as an Ancillary Sales Executive or you could even become a Ticketing Executive or a People Manager.
